Natalizi provides legal support services for environmental audits and compliance audits, particularly for inspecting and assessing environmental management in the areas listed in article 1, Resolution # 306/2002, of CONAMA, as well as State Law/RJ # 1.989/81 (regulated by Feema Directive # 56).
Our auditing services encompass due diligence for assesment of environmental liabilities, acquisition of land, warehouses and factories.
We also established partnership with various prominent firms and professionals in order to offer our clients differentiated services and complete solutions, as we are aware of the need for multidisciplinary teamwork.
Environmental Licenses, Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Impact Reports (EPIA/RIMA) and other related assesments are requested utilizing the expertise of Phoenix Ambiental , an environmental consulting firm which specializes in the complex procedure for requesting licences for activities that are potentially polluting or have great environmental impact, especially in E&P, which are vital for the oil industry.
