Partnership and new businesses
The current outlook for doing business with other highly dynamc firms, and the pressing need for immediate results has led to a great demand for turn key solutions involving an integration company and several subcontracted companies.
Through a series of interviews with all interested parties we have developed contracts that establish the necessary rules for producing successful turn key solutions.
Our firm has been utilizing our own experience with clients involved in Joint Ventures, AJOA or regular partnership.
We have also been active as business incubators, as our office in Rio de Janeiro offers its facilities to several of our clients for a brief period of time until they can find a permanent office. Therefore we offer an opportunity for entrepreneurs who are in need of legal support to start or expand a business. The costs are negotiated individually, in a flexible way.
