Luiz Guilherme Samico Natalizi
Born in Rio de Janeiro, in 1971, Luiz Guilherme graduated from the Universidade Cândido Mendes - Ipanema, in 1994. He is registered in the Brazilian Order of Lawyers (OAB) - State of Rio de Janeiro under the n° 82.240, he’s a former delegate of OAB/RJ’s Commission for Environmental Rights and an environmental auditor certified by the Registry of Certified Auditors (RAC), with experience in Environmental Audits for the verification of legal conformity (in accordance to State Law/RJ n° 1.989/81, issued by Feema via Guideline n° 56). Luiz Guilherme is also a Professor of Environmental Law in the Environmental Administration Graduate Program of Universidade Veiga of Almeida.

Maria Cecília Soares
Born in Rio de Janeiro in 1974, Maria Cecilia graduated with a degree in Latin American & International Development Studies from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She has lived 23 years in countries such as the United States, Canada, Mexico and England. Maria Cecilia returned to Brazil in 1996 and since then has worked at multinational companies such as Nokia do Brasil Ltda., Nokia México Servicios, EDS and The British Council. She is currently supporting Natalizi Associates in their International Business Development and translation activities.
